Ese cambio permiti\u00f3 al empresario levantar un amplio y costoso solar sobre el cauce natural del afluente, lo que hoy se traduce en inundaciones que afectan a decenas de familias y han provocado p\u00e9rdidas materiales estimadas en cientos de miles de pesos, adem\u00e1s de la desvalorizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div aria-label=\"Carousel Gallery\"
